Repass drives each site's real forgot-password flow in your own browser, and stops to ask when a site wants a human.
There is no special access here and no back door. Repass does exactly what you would do: opens the site's forgot-password page, requests the reset, reads the email it generated, follows the link and sets a new password.
Because it uses the ordinary recovery flow, it works on accounts whose password you have already forgotten, which is the case that matters most and the one a conventional password manager cannot help with.
When a site shows a CAPTCHA or texts a code, the agent stops, shows you the page and asks for that one step. It never guesses at a challenge meant for a person.
