## Verified facts

Checked against Zoho's own documentation on 2026-08-19. Fields absent below are ones Zoho does not document, not ones we assumed.

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Reset starts at | https://accounts.zoho.eu/ |
| Reset by email | yes |
| Reset by phone | yes |
| The email contains | a code |
| Username accepted | yes |
| Old password required | no |

## Steps

1. **Open Zoho's password reset page** at https://accounts.zoho.eu/. This is where the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen leads.
2. **Enter the email address or phone number on the account.** Zoho also accepts the username. If you are not sure which address that is, search your inboxes for mail from zoho.eu; the inbox holding those messages is the account email.
3. **Enter the verification code** Zoho emails you.
4. **Choose a strong new password.** 16+ random characters, and never one used anywhere else.
5. **Store it somewhere sealed**: a password manager or encrypted vault, not a note and not a screenshot.

## Common problems

- **Must have access to recovery email or mobile number.** Password reset requires access to either a recovery email address or registered mobile number. Users who lack both options may need to contact support. - **MFA devices must be accessible to verify identity.** If multi-factor authentication is configured, the user must have access to the configured MFA device or mode to complete password reset verification. - **Password reset signs out all active sessions.** After an admin resets a user's password, that user will be signed out from all active sessions and mobile apps and must sign in again. ## Doing it automatically

Repass connects to Gmail once, finds the accounts you have, and runs this flow for you in your own browser. Passwords are generated on your device and encrypted before they are stored; Repass also holds a key that can unwrap the vault, so signing in is enough to open it. It pauses and hands over when a site asks for a CAPTCHA or a code.
