## Steps

1. **Open RuneScape's password reset page** at https://secure.runescape.com/m=accountappeal/passwordrecovery. This is where the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen leads.
2. **Enter the email address on the account.** If you are not sure which address that is, search your inboxes for mail from runescape.com; the inbox holding those messages is the account email.
