1. **Open Pandora's password reset page** at https://www.pandora.com/account/forgot-password. This is where the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen leads.
2. **Enter the email address on the account.** If you are not sure which address that is, search your inboxes for mail from pandora.com; the inbox holding those messages is the account email.
