## Steps

1. **Open Blade and Soul's password reset page** at https://account.ncsoft.com/password/reset. This is where the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen leads.
2. **Enter the email address on the account.** If you are not sure which address that is, search your inboxes for mail from bladeandsoul.com; the inbox holding those messages is the account email.
