## Steps

1. **Open Archive of Our Own's password reset page** at https://archiveofourown.org/users/login?return_to=%2Fsupport%3Fview_adult%3Dtrue. This is where the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen leads.
2. **Enter the email address on the account.** If you are not sure which address that is, search your inboxes for mail from archiveofourown.org; the inbox holding those messages is the account email.
